The Chileans are producing world class Syrah, rich Cabernet, and truly elegant Pinot Noir, alongside rich Chardonnay and fastball Sauvignon Blanc. Look for Casablanca Valley for your SB and Syrah, while Maipo is hope to their top end Cabernet.
