ABOUT
ABOUT
Azienda Agricola Moro Rinaldini's Vecchio Moro Lambrusco dell'Emilia is a sparkling red wine crafted in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Made from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Ancellotta, and Marzemino grapes, this wine reflects the passion and heritage of the Rinaldini family. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo submerged-cap fermentation on the skins, followed by a meticulous secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks. The result is a wine with a deep ruby-red hue, a persistent frothy mousse, and an aromatic bouquet bursting with ripe fruit and floral notes. Bold yet balanced, Vecchio Moro captures the essence of traditional Lambrusco while offering a refined and contemporary experience. Perfect for gatherings, it’s a wine that delivers both authenticity and celebration in every glass.
