In Tonia's words: “The first amaro I tasted had a soft taste of sort of flat root beer and I always wanted to  find something like that but more amplified. I felt that it was a natural flavor pairing to marry amaro and root beer considering they are both rooted in herbs and barks. Now, living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn at the height of the bespoke trend I can get artisanal root beer and sodas on every block.”
