Cascina I Carpini Colli Tortonesi Barbera Sette Zolle
A blend of Barbera, Cabernet, and Croatina grown on fossilized limestone soils. Selected clusters are late picked by hand, and fermented in small stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, and with no additions. The wine is bottled at 13.5% unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur added, and aged until the winery feels it is ready for release. "Natural".
