Chateau de L'Aumerade Cru Classe Cotes de Provence
Chateau de l'Aumerade is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and a touch of Syrah. The fruit is harvested at the beginning of September and is cold fermented to preserve all the wonderful aromas.
Cinsault 50%, Grenache 40%, Syrah 10%
A lovely pale pink in color, with salmon highlights, this wine has a perfumed nose of strawberries and cream, nuanced by spicy notes. The palate is soft and dry. The fresh nose is composed of citrus aromas such as orange and grapefruit complemented by a full, spicy and fleshy palate with refreshing acidity.
Drink as an aperitif, or pair with summer salads and barbecues, or with Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.
