2019 Enderle & Moll Muller-Thurgau 'Muller' Baden

Sven Enderle and Florian Moll work with some of the oldest vines in Baden, all of which they farm organically and biodynamically. All vineyard and cellar work is done by hand and their barrels come directly from Burgundy's renowned Dujac estate. 'Muller' is a light and bright varietal Muller-Thurgau noted with juicy flavors of green apple, exotic spices, and tropical stone fruit. Juice ferments on the skins (25%) for five to six months, which adds a supple and grippy texture to the palate. A delicious value at a very accessible price!
