The grapes used for this rosé came from three select parcels in the Paso Robles appellation.

TastingNotesThe Low-yielding Grenache vines are the basis for the tightly focused expression of fruit in this wine – peach, strawberry and watermelon. Having received very gentle treatment in the cellar, from gentle pressing through cold fermentation, the color is brilliant pale salmon.
