Part of our outstanding duo of High West picks, this expression of High West's signature American Prairie Bourbon was additionally finished in Aquavit barrel for 13 months. The result is a whiskey that is delicious, distinctive, and unique. The expression carries the traditional High West bourbon signature, but the finish gives it a character. You can expect to taste aniseed, fennel, caraway (classic tasting notes of aquavit), subtle juniper, and citrus. The expression comes in at 101.2 proof.

We were not planning on selecting TWO High West Barrels, but after tasting both barrels, we were blown away by the taste and uniqueness of each. It's not often when that happens, and when it does, we know that we had no choice but to get both!
