Look: Medium amber color

Nose: Vibrant, fruit, subtle hints of rice pudding, dried fruit, vanilla

Taste: Smooth, flavors of rice, caramel, toasted candied almonds, mild woodspice. Finish is subdued with a hint of bumt sugar and lingering oak.

Serve: Neat, room temperature. Adds another layer to various classic cocktails.
