Grain: Rice, glutinous

Look: Pale, clear

Nose: Light, fresh, sake, green apple, hints of sandalwood.

Taste: Supple, round, full mouthfeel, with grassy and herbacious notes, grappa pisco sensations, smooth warm delicate finish with a pleasant burn.

Serve: Slightly chilled, 55F. In cocktails, can be used in place of gin, vodka, or tequila.
