Zumbador Blanco Tequila
ABOUT
ABOUT
Bright from the Highlands, Zumbador Blanco honors agave first. It’s crafted at Destilería El Sabino in Jesús María, Jalisco, under NOM 1643.
Slow-cooked in stone/brick ovens, with tahona and roller-mill extraction, it channels classic texture and honest sweetness. Fermentation runs in wood and stainless tanks; distillation finishes in copper and stainless pots.
The profile lands clean and expressive: cooked agave, mint and white pepper, citrus zest, light minerality, and a whisper of brine that keeps everything lively. It drinks far above its price.
