ABOUT

Bright from the Highlands, Zumbador Blanco honors agave first. It’s crafted at Destilería El Sabino in Jesús María, Jalisco, under NOM 1643.

Slow-cooked in stone/brick ovens, with tahona and roller-mill extraction, it channels classic texture and honest sweetness. Fermentation runs in wood and stainless tanks; distillation finishes in copper and stainless pots.

The profile lands clean and expressive: cooked agave, mint and white pepper, citrus zest, light minerality, and a whisper of brine that keeps everything lively. It drinks far above its price.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh cooked agave, lime and grapefruit, subtle herbs, and white pepper. Crisp and inviting.

Palate: Smooth and direct; sweet agave leads with citrus, gentle mint, and stony minerality. Pepper flickers without heat.

Finish: Clean and refreshing; light brine, citrus oil, and a final peppery lift. It lingers, not loud, just confident.

FOOD PAIRING

Ceviche with lime and sea salt; the mineral snap loves bright acidity.
Grilled shrimp or octopus with chili-garlic butter; spice meets pepper.
Fish tacos with cabbage and salsa verde; freshness stays front and center.
Elote with cotija and tajín; sweet corn echoes agave richness.
Aguachile or oysters with mignonette; purity meets brine.
