ABOUT
ABOUT
Vineyard practices are organic with cover crops planted for green manure and turned into the soil. Yields for the top wines are miniscule, so the Pinot Noir “R” 2010 for instance had its potential yield cut in half through green pruning throughout the growing season. Harvest is by hand with rigorous sorting though the low yield coupled with the generally dry conditions ensure that very little rot will need sorting out. The ferment begins spontaneously for maximum complexity.
TastingNotesLight bodied, fresh, crisp, and easy-drinking with white fruit notes. Mineral and slightly spritzy quality.
