Wild Arc Farm Piquette! Rosato Sparkling Wine is a refreshing and innovative take on the traditional Piquette style of wine. Produced in the Hudson Valley of New York by Wild Arc Farm, this wine is crafted using sustainable and regenerative viticulture practices, reflecting the winery's commitment to environmental stewardship and terroir expression.

The Piquette! Rosato is made by rehydrating grape pomace, the skins and seeds left over from the initial winemaking process, and then fermenting the mixture to create a low-alcohol, effervescent wine. This unique production method results in a delightfully fruity, zesty, and light sparkling rosé that is perfect for casual sipping and enjoyment.

This product is available as a special order and only by the case.

Nose: The nose presents a lively and vibrant bouquet of aromas, with dominant notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. As the aroma develops, subtle hints of citrus zest, rose petals, and a touch of wet stone emerge, adding depth and complexity.

Palate: On the palate, the Wild Arc Farm Piquette! Rosato Sparkling Wine offers a refreshing and light-bodied texture with lively effervescence and zesty acidity. The dominant flavors of red berries, citrus, and floral notes are beautifully complemented by the subtle minerality and a delicate touch of earthiness. Mid-palate, the flavors evolve to reveal hints of watermelon, cranberry, and a touch of white pepper, creating a well-rounded and playful profile.

Finish: The finish is crisp, clean, and invigorating, with the lingering fruitiness of red berries and citrus fading gently, leaving behind a gratifying aftertaste of delicate minerality, floral notes, and a whisper of spice.

The Wild Arc Farm Piquette! Rosato Sparkling Wine is a versatile and fun wine that pairs well with a wide range of light and casual fare. Enjoy this sparkling rosé with appetizers such as a charcuterie board, bruschetta, or caprese salad. Its zesty acidity and light effervescence make it a great companion for fresh seafood dishes like ceviche, grilled shrimp, or a spicy tuna poke bowl.

For a heartier option, consider pairing the Piquette! Rosato with light pasta dishes, grain bowls, or even a flavorful vegetable pizza. Additionally, the wine's fruity and floral notes can complement a light dessert, such as a fruit tart, sorbet, or a strawberry shortcake.
